一、尺寸數(shù)據(jù)的搜集與制圖

航天模型公司在進行航天模型的制作時，往往需要進行預先的航天器材的數(shù)據(jù)搜集與CAD圖的繪制工作。在進行神州系列載人發(fā)射器的模型制作過程中，就需要對于推進器、管體長度、系統(tǒng)體積、頭錐尺寸等進行搜集。之后還有進行CAD制圖，之后才能交付航天模型公司的生產(chǎn)加工進行生產(chǎn)。

航天模型公司在確認過樣品之后，會進行產(chǎn)品的正式制作，這其中包括對于航天模型所用材料的選擇，為了保證航天模型的質(zhì)量，一般會采用較為接近實際材料質(zhì)感的金屬材料進行航天模型主體的制作。其次還要考慮模型的整體質(zhì)量，航天模型公司制作的產(chǎn)品會在質(zhì)量上與尺寸上盡可能按比例還原實際型號。
