航天模型螺旋槳的制作與對(duì)接

螺旋槳各部分的名稱與機(jī)翼又很多相似的地方。槳葉相當(dāng)于機(jī)翼的翼面,槳葉也有前緣和后緣,槳葉的剖面形狀也和機(jī)翼剖面形狀差不多。但是模型飛機(jī)飛行時(shí),螺旋槳一面旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生拉力,一面又隨飛機(jī)前進(jìn),所以它的工作情況要比機(jī)翼復(fù)雜得多。

從定義上看,螺旋槳的槳葉角與機(jī)翼的安裝角相似。不過機(jī)翼裝在機(jī)身上的安裝角一般沿機(jī)翼翼展都是相同的,只有少數(shù)模型的機(jī)翼安裝角在翼尖部分小,靠一根部分大??墒锹菪龢臉~卻完全不同了:越靠近旋轉(zhuǎn)軸,剖面的槳葉角越大;越接近槳尖,剖面的槳葉角越小。制作正確的螺旋槳,從槳尖到槳根,槳葉角的扭狀程度是逐漸增大的。

If the model has no forward speed, the blade angle is equal to the blade angle of attack. Therefore, in general, the blade angle of attack is always less than the blade angle.
與機(jī)翼情況相似,這個(gè)角度的大小,決定了槳葉剖面產(chǎn)生的拉力大小。

如果螺旋槳翼面旋轉(zhuǎn)一面前進(jìn),親近的方向是沿著槳葉剖面的翼弦方向,也就是說槳葉迎角為0度,那么每旋轉(zhuǎn)一圈,剖面前進(jìn)的距離稱為幾何螺距。

但是與機(jī)翼的情況相似,要使螺旋槳產(chǎn)生足夠的拉力,槳葉與相對(duì)氣流一定要呈某個(gè)迎角,所以在實(shí)際飛行中槳葉應(yīng)當(dāng)是沿著氣流的方向并帶著某個(gè)迎角前進(jìn),而不是沿槳葉剖面翼弦方向前進(jìn)。螺旋槳槳葉沿著相對(duì)氣流方向旋轉(zhuǎn)一周,剖面前進(jìn)的距離稱為實(shí)際螺距,也就是說,幾何螺距使槳葉迎角為0度時(shí)的實(shí)際螺距。如果把螺旋槳旋轉(zhuǎn)一圈時(shí)槳葉剖面經(jīng)過的軌跡加以展開,從圖上可以看到實(shí)際螺距一定比幾何螺距小。如果槳葉迎角越大,這個(gè)差別也越大。

螺距太大而飛行速度不夠快,則攻角太大而失速,這種情形在這里叫螺旋槳打滑,螺距太小而飛行速度太快,則攻角太小,效率則很差,所以結(jié)論是高速飛機(jī)用小槳大螺距,低速飛機(jī)用大槳小螺距。以前在萊特兄弟時(shí)代,飛機(jī)做好以后要拉一個(gè)綁在樹上磅秤來測拉力,現(xiàn)在在航模飛行場上偶而也有人這么做,現(xiàn)在我們知道這是多余的,測得的拉力因沒有飛機(jī)前進(jìn)的速度,只是靜拉力,所以只有在飛機(jī)靜止時(shí)有效,飛機(jī)有了速度后就不準(zhǔn)了。
